Internet explorer Error Message?

I keep getting a Internet Explorer Script message and I dont know how to get rid of it please help

To avoid script errors in the future, you can turn off script debugging in Internet Explorer. Script error debugging is turned off by default. If it has been turned on, follow these steps to turn it off again.

To turn off script debugging in Internet Explorer

In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

Click the Advanced tab.

In the Settings list, under Browsing, select Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer) and Disable Script Debugging (Other), and then click OK.
