how do i fix this? the ebay website looks different than ebay without the error message. i also can't sell anything because the errors don't load everything on the screen. how can i fix this?

It happens to me sometimes but it stops after a while. Sometimes it keeps happening. Try installing other web browsers like Mozilla Firefox an Netscap Navigator
You might have a 3rd party pop-up blocker installed.
probably your internet connection. go to my network places then internet connections and right click on your connection. click on repair and that should fix it.
